Wine Philosophy
At Newton Vineyard, the lone pine tree that sits atop the mountain ridge, known as Pino Solo, can be distinctly seen from the valley floor and symbolizes the individuality of our wine and our winemaking approach. Tasting Notes
Newton Vineyard’s 2009 Red Label Cabernet Sauvignon again shows a color of deep garnet in the glass. The wine offers blackberry, black currants and herbal aromas as well as faint cola notes. The palate features good concentration that is accented by toasted oak carried from the nose to the mouth. The wine is multidimensional with good weight, depth and length.

Food & Wine Pairing
Enjoy this approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with any grilled meats. The ripe fruit character will complement Osso Bucco or Beef Bourguignon nicely.
